My dining table design for Angela Merkel and Miranda Kerr at the meeting room.From the mash up, it was emphasized that Merkel's form of power is through politics while Kerr was through the media, this can be said so in the influence of designing the table.
Merkel's side of the table is the oval with timber. This represents her power and being surrounded by people and other power figures throughout her career. With people surrounding her making her at the centre, so will the table at her area putting her in the centre.
Kerr's side is the straight plank with gradual steps. This represents a runway as it relates to her career as an international model. Power through the media she symbolises the rise to the top as a role model, hence the steps.
